Local & Homemade Produce


We look to stock as much local produce as we can and it is this that sets us apart from the supermarkets.

We make a lot of the produce we sell on our deli counter. Delicious homemade sausage rolls, pork pies and scotch eggs all made using our own meat. Our kitchen also makes scones, Yorkshire puddings, quiches, coleslaws and salads.

The bread we sell is award winning and completely additive free. The Revel Bakery  is located at Little Walton and is less than 2 miles from the farm shop.

Freshly baked bread is available Thursday to Sunday in the farm shop.

We only sell free range eggs and these to are locally produced. We also sell free range duck eggs from a farm in nearby Rugby.

Some of the honey we sell is from the bees that pollinate our soft fruit crops.

Ringswood Icecream is made near Pailton by Brian and Sheila Dalby using milk from their dairy herd.

We sell a variety of beers and ciders from local microbreweries in Warwickshire and the surrounding counties.

We are proud to sell 19 Gales pies. Locally made on a farm in Warwickshire and now also available in Harrods.

We sell a wide variety of traditional English apples, pears and plums in the late summer from a farm near Daventry varieties include Cox, Russet, Worcester, Discovery, Festival, Red Pippin, Conference pear, Opal & Victoria plums.

An excellent selection of regional cheeses including Warwickshire Truckle, Berkswell, Cobblers Nibble & Northamptonshire Blue, Thomas Hoe Red Leicester, Little Derby, Colston Bassett & Cropwell Bishop Stiltons, Stinking Bishop, Hereford Hop, Cornish Brie, Lancashire & Wensleydale to name but a few.

Tomlinson’s chickens are true free range chickens reared near Stoke Golding in the Leicestershire countryside. Using traditional slow maturing breeds to produce a full flavoured firm textured meat.



What's in the farmshop today?

Butchers

Our own beef, lamb and pork is used to supply the butchery. The livestock is reared to the highest welfare standards at Streetfields Farm, near Lutterworth and travels less than 8 miles to a local abattoir. The carcasses are delivered to the shop and butchered on the premises. Seasonal fruit & veg

Besides our pick your own soft fruit crops we also grow a wide and varied selection of seasonal fruit, vegetables, bedding  plants and shrubs. Our growing season starts with rhubarb and is soon followed by the asparagus in early April which we continue to cut until the longest day in June.
