The majority of our compost is supplied by Evergreen Horticulture a long established & reputable manufacturer.

Sphagnum Moss Peat is used exclusively as the base line of all their products due to its superb organic structure and ability to deliver optimal plant growth.

Harvested from their own 250 acres of Irish Peat Bogs, located in County Kildare, the bogs are non-designated SSSI sites ethically and environmentally managed to support re-growth.

Evergreen are in the process of adding ‘peat reduced’ and ‘peat free’ alternatives to their range of products.

In the meantime we stock a peat free alternative called New Horizon produced by Westland Horticulture.
