Bramley Apple week is 2nd – 8th February. To mark the occasion the butchers and coffee shop specials are very much apple themed this week. Try the pork and apple sausages and the pork and apple burgers. The coffee shop have made a tomato, basil and apple soup and of course many apple themed desserts.
