We have a Craft Fair on Saturday 28th May 11am – 4pm, the event will again be held on the greens at the bottom of our car park.
What to expect: a great time for all ages, a wide variety of stalls from quirky to traditional, gifts, crafts, food, gin and the opportunity to mingle with The Alpaca Pals!
The Charity
This fundraising event will be hosted jointly with Pailton & District Young Farmers Club and will raise money for a local charity, Mercia MS Therapy Centre, Coventry.
Last year we held two fairs to raise funds for The Farming Community Network in memory of a close young farming friend, a combined total of £1800 was raised.
This year’s charity is again close to home, a member of Pailton YFC, who suffered a severe brain injury has benefitted significantly from hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the Mercia Centre.
Mercia MS Therapy Centre provides a range of therapies (to name a few: physio, counselling, reflexology) at an affordable rate for people with conditions, diseases and life changing illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, cancer, strokes and children with autism and cerebral palsy.
We have introduced a £1 entry for all visitors over the age of 16. Any paying entrant will be entered into our prize draw* to win £50 Farm Shop vouchers. Please keep your entry ticket!
All additional donations to Mercia Therapy Centre on the day will be very much appreciated and for every extra £1 donated, you will receive another ticket for the prize draw*.
Like all previous fundraisers, The Fair is organised and ran entirely by volunteers.
All stall rental fees, entry fees and any donations received on the day will all go directly to the centre to support the vital therapies they provide.
The Fair
The event is supported by many of last year’s favourites and a variety of new stalls too: The Alpaca Pals, Have-A-Go-Pottery, Rugby Distillery, Ringswood Ice Cream, Fern floating Art and Samosa Wallah, to name just a few! And of course, the jovial YFC mascot Super Moo will be back.
For the full list of stall holders see below.
Those that attended last year will be pleased to hear we now have an over flow car park.
The Farm shop will be open as usual and the coffee shop, Rebecca’s Kitchen will be serving delicious food and drinks.
