Sunday 7th is Daffodil Sunday at near by Newnham Paddox, Monks Kirby. Entry is £4 for adults and £1 for children, under 5’s are free. The event runs from 11am to 4pm. If you have never been it’s well worth a visit and only a very short distance from the farm shop.  This week we have had fresh deliveries of vegetable plants, bedding plants and perennial favourites such as lupins and delphiniums. The gift area has been restocked after Mothering Sunday and well worth a mooch. Then after all the shopping and walking round the day off in our coffee shop.
