Harvesting on the Farm

This post is older than 6 months
Last Saturday looked a lot different!
Harvest time on the farm.
Whilst we appreciate the rain we do need some dry days to harvest; as you will know they’ve been rare to come by the last few weeks!
Farmers Mark and Tim were relieved to combine the triticale and get the straw baled. Our straw is used to bed our livestock in the winter months.
When the weather permits, we shall be combining our wheat and spring barley next.
