Here at Malt Kiln Farm Shop we believe in the campaign for real bread. The Campaign believes that the only essential ingredients of bread are: Flour, water, yeast and salt. Additional ingredients are great as long as they are natural (e.g. seeds, nuts, cheese, herbs, oils, fats and dried fruits) and contain no artificial additives. We are also delighted to be the home of the Revel Baker whose bread is most definitely real bread and is on sale in the farm shop from Thursday to Sunday.
