On a weekly basis our butchers feature one of the many speciality sausages they make.
All our sausages are hand made at the farm shop using pork from the Gloucester Old Spot pigs reared on our family farm.
In honour of St David the sausage of the week is the Welsh Dragon.
A fiery mix of chillies, leeks and our delicious pork sausagemeat.
