Terms & Conditions Pumpkin Picking

• All bookings are non refundable.
• Tickets are required for all adults and children and are valid only for the date and arrival time booked.
• Please make every effort to arrive on time for your booking. Late arrival may mean we cannot guarantee entry.
• Please check in at the PYO Pumpkin entrance at the bottom of the car park before entering the field.
• There is no time limit in the pumpkin patch, but the field will close 1 hour after the last booking of the day and all customers are expected to have left and paid by this time.
• Your entry ticket does not include a pumpkin and is not deducted from the cost. Pumpkins are purchased separately and priced by weight.
• Please remember that we are a working farm. The ground can be muddy, wet,  uneven and slippery, so please dress appropriately. We highly recommend wellies; sensible footwear is essential.
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session for health and safety reasons, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
• Dogs are not permitted in the pumpkin patch, except assistance dogs.
• Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please respect our working farm, our staff and other visitors.
• Pumpkins are living vegetables, so we cannot guarantee how long they will last after picking. We cannot offer refunds for pumpkins that naturally deteriorate after leaving the farm.
• Professional photography or commercial filming is not permitted without our prior permission.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if they do not follow these terms or behave in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
