Its that time of year again!  We now have an excellent selection of pumpkins on sale in the farm shop. They range in price from 45p for a baby to £5 for an 11kg monster. The poor old pumpkin is a much abused vegetable and far more versatile than slasher movies would have you believe. Delicious in soups, pies, mashed and as a roasting veg.  Despite this Halloween without the pumpkin would be no fun. This year do your pumpkin justice. Turn your humble pumpkin into a work of art, be creative with your knife. Last year John Bye, a local artist carved out this face using a couple of our pumpkins.
