As recently featured on the Hairy Bikers cookery programme. Made at Park Head Farm, Lancashire by Carron Lodge using milk produced by their own herd of buffalo.

It has a full blue cheese flavour and a rich, creamy paste, which develops whilst maturing in the cave at Park Head farm.

Also this month we have 10% off selected Mini Snowdonia Truckles, choose from Amber Mist, Beechwood, Nature’s Nectar & Ruby Mist. Whilst stocks last.
